 How It Works:

A starter bracelet, consisting of a diamond and 14k gold link and a gold-filled snake chain, is purchased for a participant. These are available in 6 styles in yellow or white gold, with SI-quality diamonds. Incentive program administrators or merchandisers may offer all or a selection of these to participants.

When a desired action or milestone is reached, the bracelet is returned to us for another link to be added by clipping the end of the gold-filled snake chain and permanently attaching the new link. It takes a minimum of 9-24 to complete a seven inch bracelet. How fast a program participant completes the bracelet is up to them with a new added at each achievement. By selecting the appropriate style(s), you'll automatically incent participants to achieve the set business objectives! In the end, a 14K gold clasp is added and the result is a beautiful finished diamond bracelet of entirely 14K gold.
